Hello everyone! I hope that your school year has started off to a great start. I know that it will probably be a while before you get to grilling in your food science class, but wanted to provide you with a very helpful and exciting resource.
If you are looking to cover barbecuing in your food science classroom, here is a great resource to use. You can either get the grill out now before it gets too cold or get it out first thing in the spring and give your students a tasty lesson on the Science of BBQ.
