   In my 8th grade FACS class we are working on Cookie Company…the students’ favorite unit! They get a feel for what it is like to own a small business. Students take out loans from me, buy ingredients for cookies, advertise, rent space, and in the end they sell their product to other middle school students in the school! It’s great…and we use all fake money.

   Can’t wait to hear what others are doing.
