(Especially in the FACS Classroom)
- Shop at businesses that offer teacher discounts. There are several out there and they all want to help you save, so why not take advantage of it. You can start your search here.
- Use sites like Groupon and Living Social. They sites offer great discounts on a regular basis. I mainly use them for getting great deals on technology, kitchen or lab equipment, print services and food.
- Clip Coupons, it’s ok! You don’t have to be an extreme coupon shopper but catching breaks on items that are always needed for the classroom like paper towels, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer and definitely great.
- What about purchasing all of that great club paraphernalia? You can save money here too by purchasing your blanks from sites like Shirt Supplier and Jiffy Shirts and then taking them to your local printer for a discounted printing price!
Hope this helps even though I know in most cases with teachers and through past experience that money saved here is usually money spent elsewhere (but still for your classroom!).

Great post! My sister in law is a teacher, so she’ll definitely appreciate it. We both use groupon all the time and love it!
I love it too!
